How To Make A Presentation ( PPT )

1.Decide on a topic presentation and make a relevant heading. It would be great to take an idea from a question to be answered.

2. Note down important points that you want to cover in your presentation along with five supporting points or answer to the topic.

3. Don't forget to mention a high level list of details that you wish to cover under each. This is combined with key points and provides the body of presentation.

4. Include some graphics. You can actually make a note of demonstrations or audiovisuals on a notepad.

5. Add conclusion and review the topic covered and decide for yourself where you want to stop and ask question and where you would like your audience to ask one from you.

6. You closing should be somewhat attention grabbing. It should sum up the original question and answer user's question.

7. You can make note of information as how properly or quickly you can cover the presentation and you can add slides if your presentation run short. Decide on the length of time.
