Loosing weight could be a challenge for many of us, as most of us
want a quick path to do . So keeping the basic intact- diet- which

can follow some simple guidelines to loose weight.
1) It is good to set small and realistic goals. If you are amongst
heavy ones, you should take it easy by losing 5 pounds , relax and
then go for 5 pounds again.
2.) It is good, if you join some gym or an exercise regime and stick
to it.
3) Wherever possible walk and forget about elevators. The more you
step up the more you would loose.
4) Take more of greens in the form of vegetable salads. You can
include nuts, seeds, olive oil and high fiber foods and whole grain
pastas in your diet.
5) It is advisable to eat smaller and more frequent means . This
tends to increase the metabolism of the body and they helps in
burning faster. More so , mini meals prevents over eating.
6) Plan ahead. Keep your fridge filled with low calorie diet and
healthy diet, so in case the need arises you may not have to choose
high calorie and high fat junk food.
If possible you can maintain a health chart or diary and keep it
updated.
